Our Carina Rose comes from young vines of Pinot Noir and Grenache, planted on the far Sonoma Coast. The vines find harmony here, floating in between the opposing pulls of the ocean and stars. Pinot Noir was harvested August 24th, 2024, while Grenache was harvested September 3rd, 2024. Whole cluster direct to press, after which the juice was chilled and settled overnight. Fermented very cool for 10-12 days. Transferred to stainless steel drums and neutral French Oak barrels for élevage. 75% Pinot Noir, 20% Grenache. The domaine is among the last to harvest each year and occurs when Thibaud believes the grapes are ready to be picked.
