The 2023 opens with aromas of black cherry, cranberry and wild berries, layered with cracked pepper, licorice, forest floor and baking spice. On the palate, concentrated fruit meets bright acidity, firm yet finely textured tannins and a subtle flinty character. Medium to full bodied and beautifully structured, it finishes long, savory and polished, with the balance to reward time in the cellar.
