Ostia Tempore’s 2025 Chardonnay is an exciting new Oregon white from a project with extraordinary Burgundy pedigree. Created by Thomas Savre and Bertrand de Villaine, with the influence of Dominique Lafon, it combines the freshness and energy of the Willamette Valley with beautifully restrained Burgundian-style élevage. Bright citrus, white peach, pear and white flowers lead into a silky, beautifully textured palate with vibrant acidity, subtle oak and a long, mineral finish. Generous without being heavy and polished without losing its sense of place, this is serious Oregon Chardonnay from a project that collectors are going to be watching very closely.
