100% Montepulciano - We hand-pick in small baskets in the first decade of October.
The grapes are de-stemmed. The must ferments spontaneously with hole grapes in steel tanks. During the maceration, we operate punching downs and déléstage upon necessity.
After bottling, it ages in the bottle for at least one year before going on sale.

It’s a fresh Montepulciano, very enjoyable but not simple. It has a balanced structured, with young and fresh red fruits notes and a good propensity to ageing.
Montepulciano is the king of Abruzzo wines, the best known and most popular. Thus, it is possibly the most reliable interpreter of the specific terroir where it originates.
