SM Vino di Contrada Sicilia Bianco IGT - A site-specific white from the Vittoria countryside, SM (Santa Margherita) is a biodynamic blend of Grillo and Albanello grown on limestone-rich soils and vinified with minimal intervention. Fresh and textured, it shows aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, and Mediterranean herbs, with a saline, mineral-driven palate and a subtle phenolic grip. Vibrant, savory, and terroir-focused, SM is a compelling expression of Occhipinti’s contrada-driven philosophy and one of Sicily’s most distinctive artisanal whites.
