A monumental mountain grown Bordeaux blend from Arkenstone, crafted by acclaimed winemaker Sam Kaplan from the estate’s organically farmed vineyard on Howell Mountain. Produced in limited quantities, this extraordinary wine captures the power, precision and mineral intensity that make mountain Cabernet so compelling. The 2023 opens with captivating aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry preserves and dark plum, layered with graphite, violets, dried rose petals and subtle cocoa. Full-bodied and intensely concentrated, the palate combines muscular dark fruit with finely etched tannins, remarkable freshness and a deep vein of stony minerality. Aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak, it finishes with exceptional length, floral lift and polished structure.
