Bricco Fiasco Barolo DOCG 2020 is a magnificent expression of one of Castiglione Falletto's most historic vineyards, crafted by the Scavino family, whose dedication to traditional Barolo has earned Azelia a place among Piedmont's elite producers. Sourced exclusively from the estate's prized Bricco Fiasco cru planted largely with old Nebbiolo vines on limestone-rich marl soils, the outstanding 2020 vintage combines power, elegance, and remarkable precision. Aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, rose petals, blood orange, and crushed violets are layered with notes of licorice, cedar, truffle, tobacco, and exotic spice. The palate is beautifully structured yet graceful, with finely knit tannins, vibrant acidity, and exceptional depth, revealing wave after wave of red fruit, savory herbs, and mineral complexity.
