Blanc de Blancs is a finely detailed, biodynamically farmed Champagne crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown on limestone soils in the Côte des Blancs. Produced in a low-intervention, Brut Nature style with little to no dosage, it emphasizes purity and terroir expression. The wine opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers, layered over subtle brioche and chalk notes from barrel fermentation and lees aging. On the palate it is precise and energetic, with vibrant acidity, a creamy yet focused texture, and a long, saline finish. A compelling choice for oysters, sashimi, or as an elegant aperitif.
