Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut NV is an expressive, terroir-driven Champagne made predominantly from Pinot Noir (often with some Pinot Meunier) grown biodynamically in Bouzy and surrounding Grand Cru vineyards. Crafted in an Extra Brut style with very low dosage, it delivers purity and tension while showcasing the deeper fruit and structure that Pinot Noir brings to a blanc de noirs. Aromas of ripe red berries, crisp orchard fruit, and hints of brioche and spice lead into a rich yet energetic palate framed by vibrant acidity and a fine, persistent mousse. The finish is long with ripe fruit notes and chalky minerality. Elegant on its own as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with charcuterie, grilled seafood, or roasted poultry.
