Brooks 'Sweet P' Riesling Willamette Valley, USA 2017

A medium sweet Riesling with zippy acidity, just begging to be paired with a spicy Asian dish. Comprised of Riesling grapes from our very own Brooks Estate vineyard located in the Eola-Amity Hills. The vines were planted between 1974-1976 in volcanic basalt soil. Brooks Estate Vineyard is farmed biodynamic.
