A traditional, terroir-driven Chianti Classico Riserva from the high-elevation vineyards of Radda in Chianti, Caparsino is made from 100% Sangiovese and aged in large neutral oak to preserve purity and structure. The 2019 shows classic aromas of sour cherry, red plum, dried herbs, violet, and earthy spice, with a firm, finely tannic palate and vibrant acidity. Elegant yet serious and built to age, this is a benchmark old-school Chianti Classico Riserva, prized for its transparency, balance, and longevity.
