A beautifully traditional Tuscan red from the high-elevation vineyards of Radda in Chianti, Mimma is a Sangiovese-based blend crafted in a classic, low-intervention style and aged in large neutral oak. The 2020 shows bright sour cherry, red plum, and wild herbs with floral notes and subtle earthy spice. Fresh and finely structured with lively acidity and gentle tannins, this is an elegant, food-friendly Tuscan red that delivers authenticity, balance, and excellent value.
