Bourgogne Aligoté “Les Champs d’Argent” 2023 is a vibrant, terroir-focused white that highlights the finesse possible from this often-overlooked Burgundian variety. Farmed with organic and biodynamic principles and made with minimal intervention, the wine shows bright aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and subtle saline minerality. The palate is crisp and precise, driven by lively acidity and a chalky, refreshing finish that underscores its limestone origins. Pure, energetic, and finely balanced, it’s an expressive, food-friendly Aligoté with real character.

The label was designed by Charles’ wife Louise, who is a graphic designer. The rose is for the couple’s eldest daughter, Rose.
