“Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes” Rosé 2018 is a legendary, age-worthy Provence rosé made primarily from Tibouren, the estate’s signature heirloom grape. From the domaine’s oldest vines, it is fermented with native yeasts and aged for a year in 120-year-old foudres under a veil of flor, giving it remarkable texture and complexity. Expect quince, dried red fruit, orange peel, herbs, toasted nuts and saline minerality, far more savory and vinous than typical Provence rosé.
