Coustheur-Bonnard is a tiny, family-run grower in Nogent-l’Abbesse, just outside Reims, farming roughly 3 hectares with a strong focus on Chardonnay. The estate dates back four generations and today is led by Adrien, Mathilde, and Jérémy Coustheur. Their low-intervention approach, old vines, chalk-rich soils, and extended élevage in oak produce beautifully precise, mineral-driven Champagnes with remarkable texture and individuality. A true insider producer for collectors looking beyond the traditional Champagne houses.

Blanc de Blancs Brut NV [Disgorged 2025] - A beautifully refined, tiny-production Blanc de Blancs from Nogent-l’Abbesse in the Mont de Berru, made entirely from Chardonnay. The NV is built around the 2021 vintage with reserve wines from 2018–2020 and spent more than three years on its lees before the 2025 disgorgement. Expect lemon, white flowers, chalky minerality, toasted brioche, and a long, elegant finish, with just 5 g/L dosage. Only 1,130 bottles were produced, making this an exceptional insider Champagne with serious collector appeal.

ASSEMBLAGE 100% Chardonnay - 2021 harvest with reserve wines from 2018, 2019 & 2020
