The 10-hectare estate, founded by Claude Seigneuret in the 1920s, is located across the villages of Bussières, Serrières, and Fuissé. The vineyard is tended with care and precision, always in respect of the terroir. The wines are made in their purest form — no fining, no added yeasts, and gentle, small-lot vinifications. In keeping with our philosophy, we are now certified Organic.

From sandy and granitic soils, the young “Pépie” is a Mâcon-Serrières Rouge with a wonderfully fresh aromatic profile of menthol and blackcurrant. On the palate, it’s light, honest, and bright, with lively acidity and appealing complexity. True to the estate’s philosophy, the wine is made from hand-harvested grapes with careful sorting, following traditional Burgundian methods—vinified without sulfur and bottled unfiltered.
