Domaine des Comtes Lafon Les Porusots, Meursault Premier Cru, France 2023

Meursault Premier Cru ‘Les Porusots’ 2023

A magnificent Premier Cru Chardonnay from Domaine des Comtes Lafon, one of the defining names in white Burgundy. Les Porusots is renowned for its depth and structure, and the outstanding 2023 vintage delivers a compelling combination of ripe fruit, richness and mineral tension. Aromas of orange zest, yellow plum, apricot and pear mingle with crushed stone, toasted almond and delicate pastry notes. The palate is expansive and satiny, with concentrated fruit, vibrant acidity and a persistent, saline finish that speaks unmistakably of Meursault.
