Domaine du Pélican Arbois “Grand Curoulet” Savagnin Ouillé 2023 is a precise, non-oxidative expression of Savagnin from one of Arbois’ most respected sites. Made in the ouillé style and aged in neutral vessels, it emphasizes freshness and terroir clarity, offering notes of lemon zest, pear, green apple, and subtle stone fruit, layered with saline minerality and gentle spice. The palate is linear and energetic, with bright acidity, fine texture, and a clean, persistent finish—an elegant Jura white that highlights Savagnin’s purity without oxidative influence.
