Les Folatières 1er Cru 2023 is a rare and serious white from one of Burgundy’s most famous old-vine domaines. 100% Chardonnay, it shows the Dugat-Py house style in white, concentrated, rich and intensely mineral, with lemon, white peach, pear, hazelnut and subtle spice. The palate has impressive density and texture but is balanced by Puligny’s chalky acidity and saline finish. A powerful, collector-worthy Puligny that offers the pedigree and intensity Dugat-Py is known for, but with the elegance and minerality of great Puligny.
