"The 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Chaumées ler Cru comes from vines more located on the mother limestone than the Les Marcherelles that will be "Haut-Densitée" in the future. The nose is quite intense: hints of yellow fruit, crushed rock and beeswax coming through with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. A little more horsepower compared to the Les Marcherelles, this displays fine mineralité and a little more spiciness towards the pleasing finish. Superb." Vinous 92
