Clos de la Maréchale 2023 is a beautifully refined expression of Nuits-Saint-Georges, blending the appellation’s natural structure with the domaine’s signature elegance. From this historic monopole in Prémeaux, it opens with layered aromas of raspberry, Morello cherry, and cassis, lifted by violet, peony, and subtle spice. The palate is silky yet structured, with fine grained tannins, vibrant energy, and a chalky mineral core that carries through a long, precise finish. More polished and lifted than typical Nuits, it shows a Chambolle like finesse while retaining depth and aging potential an exceptionally balanced Premier Cru that will evolve gracefully over the next decade and beyond.
