Domaine Jamet Syrah, IGP Collines Rhodaniennes, France 2023

In theory, this is Jamet’s entry-level bottling, but after one sniff you’ll realize there is nothing basic about it. Sourced from excellent terroirs in and around Cote-Rotie and Condrieu, and aged 11 months in old barriques, this Syrah is so classy and perfectly balanced. With notes of dark fruit, black olives, and smoked meat, it epitomizes elegant Syrah from the northern Rhone. We are only able to import a tiny amount—don’t miss it!
