Domaine La Patelle is one of the most exciting new names in the Jura a small, fast-rising estate based in Arbois founded by Pascal Théreau in 2021. Though young, the domaine has quickly gained attention from sommeliers and natural wine buyers for energetic, terroir driven wines that combine Jura authenticity with a polished, modern edge. Pascal didn’t arrive by accident. Before launching La Patelle, he worked as a cooper (barrel craftsman) and later trained in winemaking in Beaune, then worked alongside Jura icon Stéphane Tissot. That mix of barrel knowledge, cellar experience, and Jura mentorship gave him serious credibility from day one.

Devers 2023 is a fresh, small-production Jura Pinot Noir from one of the region’s rising young estates. Bright red cherry, wild strawberry, floral lift, and subtle earthy spice lead into a silky, energetic palate with lively acidity and beautiful freshness.
