Farmed biodynamically and made from 100% Pinot Noir, it opens with aromas of ripe red and dark cherry, rose petal, spice, and subtle earthy notes. The palate is generous yet precise, with vibrant acidity and finely grained but firm tannins that give the wine shape and aging potential. Compared to other Volnay crus, Fremiets shows more power and breadth, finishing long and savory while retaining the domaine’s hallmark elegance.
