Crafted from 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay grown on the Kimmeridgian limestone soils of Urville, the 2015 combines beautifully ripe fruit with remarkable mineral precision.

Expect layers of ripe pear, yellow peach, candied citrus and dried apricot, complemented by toasted brioche, subtle vanilla and warming spice. Its creamy texture and generous palate are balanced by fresh acidity and a long, chalk-driven finish. Aged extensively in bottle and finished with a restrained 4.2 g/L dosage, this is a powerful yet elegant expression of the Côte des Bar.
