Quattuor IV Blanc de Quatre Blancs Brut Nature NV is one of Champagne's most original and thought-provoking cuvées, showcasing the Drappier family's pioneering spirit and commitment to preserving rare grape varieties. Rather than relying solely on Chardonnay, Quattuor is crafted from four historic white grapes, Arbane, Petit Meslier, Blanc Vrai (Pinot Blanc), and Chardonnay. Each contributing its own unique character to the blend. The result is a Champagne of remarkable freshness and complexity, bursting with aromas of Meyer lemon, green apple, white peach, citrus blossom, fresh herbs, and white flowers, accented by notes of brioche, crushed chalk, and wet stone.
