Elise Dechannes is one of the rising stars of the Côte des Bar, the southernmost region of Champagne, based in the historic village of Les Riceys. Born into a Champagne winegrowing family, Elise originally pursued a career in banking before returning to her roots and taking over her family vineyards in 2008 to create her own domaine.

"Cœur de Noirs" Champagne is a remarkable expression of 100% Pinot Noir from one of Champagne’s most exciting grower producers. Based in the Côte des Bar in Aube, Elise Dechannes is known for her thoughtful, terroir-driven approach, farming organically and crafting wines with minimal intervention that highlight the personality of her vineyards.

Cœur de Noirs showcases the depth and elegance of Pinot Noir from southern Champagne, offering aromas of red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, blood orange, brioche, spice, and subtle chalky minerality.
