"This release of the NV Champagne Premier Cru Bulle De Rose Extra Brut is a base of 2023 with a reserve of 2022, is a delicate but pretty rosé composed of 55% Pinot Noir (5-6% of which is red wine), and the rest Chardonnay. Medium-bodied, it is savory and inviting with notes of strawberry pie, white pepper, and clementines. The palate is approachable and medium-bodied, with a lasting chalky texture and a delicate, rounded mousse. It’s very pretty and retains beautiful Pinot Noir spice and perfume lasting on the finish."
