Bold, polished and beautifully composed, Liquidity is a Rhone-inspired red blend that showcases the depth and character of California’s Adelaida District. Combining 40% Syrah, 35% Mourvèdre and 25% Grenache, the 2023 vintage brings together layers of blackberry, dark plum and violet, accented by warm spice, vanilla and subtle chocolate notes. All three varieties were harvested on the same day and co-fermented, building harmony and complexity, before spending 21 months in French oak, 60% new. Rich and full-bodied, yet remarkably smooth, it balances generous dark fruit with freshness, velvety texture and a long, polished finish. A compelling Paso Robles red for collectors and Rhone-blend enthusiasts who appreciate power with finesse.
