Dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon with a small touch of Merlot, it is aged in French oak to build structure, depth, and polish while preserving site character. The 2022 vintage is dense and layered, showing cassis, dark cherry, graphite, violet, and subtle spice, framed by firm yet refined tannins and a long, structured finish. Rich, focused, and highly age-worthy, it represents Jonata’s most serious and cellar-driven expression of Bordeaux varieties in California.
