Terre de Vertus is a single-vineyard Champagne from the Les Barillers lieu-dit in Vertus, crafted from 100% Chardonnay and bottled without dosage to preserve the vineyard’s natural character. The 2016 vintage is beautifully layered, offering lemon zest, crisp apple and ripe citrus alongside white flowers, brioche and a distinctive chalky, saline minerality. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in barrels and Stockinger casks, then aged on its lees and matured for years in the cellar, it combines impressive depth and texture with vibrant acidity and a long, crystalline finish.
