Terre de Vertus showcases the character of Vertus through a single-vintage, zero-dosage Champagne, crafted to let the terroir speak without embellishment. The warm, generous 2018 vintage brings beautiful concentration, with aromas of ripe yellow apple, mirabelle plum and candied citrus layered with chamomile, brioche and freshly baked bread. On the palate, richness and texture meet vibrant acidity, chalky minerality and a long, saline finish. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in wood and aged extensively on its lees, this is a powerful yet precise Blanc de Blancs with the depth to reward collectors and the elegance to elevate a memorable meal.

"The 2018 Brut Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs Terre de Vertus ler Cruis potent and explosive in the glass. Dried apricot, chamomile, crushed flowers, spice, menthol and crushed autumn leaves fill out the layers. This is an especially ample, broad-shouldered Champagne, a wine endowed with tons of palate presence and sheer class. The Terre de Vertus is a blend of fruit from the Barillers and Faucherets lieux-dits. It's impressively deep for a vintage in which so many Champagnes are on the lighter side. Bottled with no dosage. Disgorged: March 2025; multiple disgorgements throughout the year." Vinous 96

https://www.albatrosswines.com/products/larmandier-bernier-terre-de-vertus-blanc-de-blancs-premier-cru-non-dose-champagne-france-2018
