Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2020 is a classically styled, high-elevation expression of Sangiovese Grosso from one of northern Montalcino’s most respected traditional estates. The 2020 vintage shows a refined and transparent profile, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, dried rose, and crushed herbs, layered with subtle notes of spice, leather, and mineral earth. On the palate it is structured yet graceful, defined by bright acidity, fine tannins, and a savory core that emphasizes precision and terroir over weight or extraction. While already approachable with air, it clearly benefits from additional bottle age and will evolve significantly over the next decade.
