Marguet Père & Fils ‘Les Saints Rémys’ Grand Cru 2020 is an exceptionally rare, single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs from Ambonnay, made from 100% Pinot Noir planted in 1975 and 1992. Just 1,823 bottles were produced from this tiny 0.37-hectare parcel, rooted in red clay and silt over chalk. Rich, vinous, and deeply mineral, it offers ripe red fruit, dried flowers, peach, quince, spice, and chalky salinity, with a broad, textured palate and a remarkably long, dry finish. Certified biodynamic and made with minimal sulfur, it is Brut Nature with 0 g/L dosage.
