Maxime Oudiette is one of Champagne’s most exciting emerging grower-vignerons, working just 4 hectares in Beaunay in the Coteaux du Petit Morin. After gaining experience with Anselme Selosse, he returned to his family vineyards and began producing tiny quantities of intensely terroir-driven Champagne. His wines emphasize old vines, organic farming, spontaneous fermentation, and extended aging in oak, resulting in beautifully textured, mineral, highly individual cuvées that are increasingly sought after by Champagne collectors.
