Champagne Pierre Gerbais is a highly regarded family-run grower-producer based in Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar, now led by fourth generation vigneron Aurélien Gerbais. A compelling single-vineyard Blanc de Noirs from Aurélien Gerbais in Celles-sur-Ource, showcasing the depth and individuality of the Côte des Bar. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on a cool, north-facing slope with a distinctive mix of Portlandian and Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this Champagne balances power with remarkable precision.
