Peace is the estate’s powerful, Syrah-driven statement wine, sourced from exceptional west-side vineyards and built for both depth and longevity. The 2021 vintage opens with intense black fruit, violet and cracked pepper, followed by smoky notes, savory herbs, salted meat and dark spice. Full-bodied and concentrated, it delivers a dense, layered palate balanced by impressive structure and a remarkably long finish. Aged for 26 months in French oak, this is a serious, cellar-worthy Rhône-inspired blend that marries Paso Robles power with refinement.
