Stella di Campalto Podere San Giuseppe “Rosa” Brunello di Montalcino 2016 is a rare, single-parcel Brunello from one of Montalcino’s most compelling cult producers. One of the estate’s first vineyard-specific bottlings, Rosa is 100% Sangiovese from the warm southeastern slopes of San Giuseppe, farmed biodynamically and fermented parcel-by-parcel with native yeasts. The exceptional 2016 vintage brings extraordinary clarity and balance, with sour cherry, dried strawberry, blood orange, rose petal, wild fennel, sandalwood, and ferrous mineral notes, framed by fine tannins and vibrant acidity. Aged 43 months in wood and at least 64 months in bottle, this is beautifully mature, incredibly complex, and a true collector’s Brunello.
