Vietti’s Rocche di Castiglione 2022 is a spectacular single-vineyard Barolo from one of Castiglione Falletto’s most revered crus. From exceptionally old vines, this 100% Nebbiolo is beautifully perfumed and precise, offering layers of redcurrant, ripe red cherry, mandarin, rose petal, mint, white pepper and crushed stone. The palate is silky and elegant yet remarkably structured, with vibrant acidity, beautifully integrated tannins and a long, chalky mineral finish. Aged for approximately 30 months in oak and produced in only about 3,600 bottles, this is a seriously limited Barolo with tremendous pedigree.
