A rare, small-production red Burgundy from one of Pommard’s most elegant Premier Cru vineyards. Les Pézerolles delivers the structure and depth expected from Pommard, with a more refined, perfumed expression of Pinot Noir. Expect an enticing profile of red berries, cherry, rose petal and subtle spice, supported by fresh acidity, silky tannins and a mineral finish. Les Pézerolles is a highly regarded Premier Cru in northern Pommard, near Les Petits Épenots and Clos des Épeneaux. The vineyard is known for producing Pinot Noir with an appealing combination of Pommard structure and the finesse often associated with neighboring Volnay. Dancer's small parcel, planted in the late 1970s, produces particularly limited quantities. Vincent Dancer has farmed organically since 2012, and his wines are prized for their purity, energy and understated use of oak. His son Théo has now taken the lead at the estate, continuing its focus on precise, terroir-driven Burgundy.
